Any appointment request can now hold multiple patients, and each patient can pay their own share at checkout. Built for events, parties, corporate wellness visits, and shared IV drips.

How it works for your team

1. Accept an appointment request as usual, or open an existing one
2. Add or remove patients — the request converts to a group automatically the moment you have more than one
3. Dispatch treats the visit as a single provider slot, with total procedure duration summed across patients

How it works for your patients

At checkout, each patient on a group appointment sees only their own charges. They can pay with their own card, save it on file for future visits, and see a clean line-item receipt — no awkward math or refunds after the fact.

Where to turn it on

Group appointments are enabled by default on new marketplaces. Existing marketplaces can toggle it on under Business Setup → Feature Flags. Split payment follows automatically for any group booking.
