When you're accepting an appointment request or reassigning a visit, dispatch now shows each candidate provider's straight-line distance from the patient's address alongside their availability and skill match.

Why it helps

Skill fit and availability aren't the only things that matter for a mobile visit — drive time affects both patient wait and provider utilization. The distance hint lets your dispatchers weigh proximity in the same view where they're making the pick, instead of eyeballing a map in another tab.

Distance is straight-line today. Traffic-aware ETAs are on the roadmap and will slot into the same UI when they ship — no workflow change on your end.
