Before you start

An appointment report is a CSV file with one row per visit in the dates you choose. You'll need a role that can see reports.

Step 1: Open Reports

In the side menu, select Reports. Earlier reports are listed with their status, type, file name, who made them and when.

Step 2: Create a report

  1. Select Create Report, then Appointment Report.
  2. Pick the Start Date and End Date. It starts with the last 30 days.
  3. Confirm to start the report.

Step 3: Download it

  1. The report shows Processing while it builds. Select the refresh button after a moment.
  2. When it says Completed, select Download.
  3. Open the CSV in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

What's inside

  • The visit: appointment ID, status, cancellation reason, date and time, services, location, marketplace and organization.
  • The client: account, client, date of birth, visit history and membership.
  • The provider: who saw the patient.
  • The money: service total, tip, travel fee, promo code and discount, package credit, custom line items, total, paid, balance and transaction ID.

Tips

  • Run it monthly to reconcile with your payouts (see Payouts).
  • A balance above zero means the client still owes money for that visit.
  • The file includes patient details. Store and share it carefully.
