Before you start

Engage campaigns use your own client list and visit history, synced automatically from NomadMD. You'll need a marketplace admin role.

Step 1: Open Marketing

1. In the side menu, under Marketplace, select Marketing.
2. Pick your brand under Select Marketplace if you have more than one.
3. The first time, select Get started.

Step 2: Create a campaign

1. Select the Campaign tab.
2. Build an audience from your clients and their visit history.
3. Write your text or email and send it, or schedule it.

Example: a win-back offer for clients who haven't booked in a while.

Tips

• Pair a campaign with a promo code (see Promo Codes) so you can see who booked from it.
• Only message clients who've agreed to hear from you.
