Before you start
Your marketplace defines the services (see Base Definitions). Each provider organization then sets its own price for each service it offers. If your marketplace has more than one organization, each one can charge a different price for the same service. You'll need the business owner role for your organization.
Step 1: Open your prices
- In the side menu, select Procedures. The Definitions tab lists every service your organization offers, with its marketplace and duration.
- Select Edit. Services are grouped by marketplace, and the Price column shows what clients pay your organization.
Step 2: Change a price
- Select a service. Procedure Definition Details shows its price, plus the assessment, intervention, intake, and consent forms and the medication protocol linked to it.
- Select the pencil icon to edit.
- Enter the new Price. You can also change the internal name, duration, and description your team sees.
- Select Save. The new price appears on your booking page right away.
Tips
- Prices are per organization and per marketplace. If you serve two marketplaces, check prices in both sections.
- The edit screen is also where you link forms and turn on Orders Required for a service. See Form Templates and Medical Orders.
- Changing a price doesn't change visits that are already booked.
