Before you start
A marketplace is your brand and booking page. A provider organization is a business that delivers the care. One marketplace can have several organizations, each with its own staff, prices, service areas, and settings. You'll need the business owner role.
Step 1: See your organizations
- In the side menu, under Global, select Marketplaces, open your marketplace, and select the Organizations tab.
- You'll see every organization that serves this marketplace.
- Select Select organizations to add an organization to the marketplace or remove one.
Step 2: Manage an organization's settings
- In the side menu, select Settings.
- The Info tab shows the organization's name, time zone, address, marketplace status, clinic services, provider text notifications, automatic receipts, and intake form settings.
- Select Edit to change them.
The other tabs (Roles, Service Area, Payments, and Integrations) are also set per organization.
Step 3: Switch between organizations
If you have a profile in more than one organization, select the business switcher at the top of the screen and choose one. Your side menu, calendar, and settings switch to that organization.
Tips
- Prices, staff, and service areas are set per organization. When something looks wrong, check you're in the right one.
