Before you start

A payment account is how your organization accepts card payments and receives payouts to your bank. Each organization needs one. You'll need the business owner role, plus your business and bank details for the secure onboarding form.

Step 1: Open your payments

In the side menu, select Settings, then the Payments tab.

Step 2: Add an account

  1. Select Add account, give it a label (like your business name), and select Submit.
  2. Select Continue onboarding and complete the secure form with your business and bank details.

Step 3: Check its status

  • Onboarding: the form isn't finished yet. Select Continue onboarding to pick up where you left off.
  • Provisioning: your details are being reviewed.
  • Approved: you can take payments and receive payouts.
  • Rejected: contact NomadMD support so we can help you sort it out.

Step 4: Manage it

Select Actions to Edit label or Disable the account.

Tips

  • Payouts go to the bank account on your payment account. Keep it current.
  • Your marketplace's payment settings (deposits, policies) are separate. See Checkout Settings.
