Before you start
The Practitioner Productivity Report is a CSV with one row per provider for the dates you choose. You'll need a role that can see reports.
Step 1: Open Reports
In the side menu, select Reports.
Step 2: Create a report
- Select Create Report, then Practitioner Productivity Report.
- Choose providers under Personnel, or leave it blank for everyone.
- Pick the start and end dates (the last 30 days by default), and confirm.
Step 3: Download it
When the report says Completed (select refresh if it still says Processing), select Download.
What's inside
- Visits: total, and how many are pending, booked, completed and cancelled.
- Revenue: total and average per visit.
- Requests: how many visit offers they accepted and declined.
- Availability: days and hours they made themselves bookable.
- Charting: assessments and interventions locked vs still open.
- Clients: new vs repeat.
- Average time and productivity score: the score is time actually spent (from Start to End appointment) divided by time booked. Above 1 means visits run longer than booked.
Tips
- Open charts in the report mean those visits still need to be signed and locked (see Assessments).
- Low availability hours with a high decline count? The provider may need a schedule that matches when they actually work.
