Procedure Groups

Before you start

A procedure group collects related services, like "IV Therapy" or "Aesthetics". Groups help clients browse your booking page, and you can also use them for memberships and discounts. You'll need the business owner role.

Step 1: Find your groups

1. In the side menu, under Global, select Marketplaces, then select your marketplace.
2. Select the Procedures tab. Procedure Groups lists your groups.
3. To add a group, select Create procedure group.

Step 2: Set up a group

1. Select a group to open it.
2. Under Information, select Edit to set the name and description.
3. Under Items, next to Procedures, select Add to put services in this group. You can also add other groups under Groups to nest them.
4. Under Recommended Procedures, select Add to suggest services to clients who book from this group.
5. Select Save.

Step 3: Choose what clients see

1. Go back to the Procedures tab and open Navigation Group.
2. The groups in the Navigation Group become the categories on your booking page. Under Groups, select Add and add them in the order you want clients to see them.
3. Select Save.

Tips

• Keep it to a few clear categories. Clients find services faster with less to scroll.
• A service can be in more than one group, for example "IV Therapy" and "Most Popular".
• Deleting a group doesn't delete its services.
