Reputation

Before you start

Reputation asks clients for a Google review after their visit. You can also let clients send private feedback to you first. You'll need a marketplace admin role.

Step 1: Set your Google reviews link

In Settings, select Edit on Organization Information and fill in Google reviews URL.

Step 2: Turn on Reputation

1. In the side menu, under Marketplace, select Marketing.
2. Pick your brand under Select Marketplace if needed.
3. Select the Reputation tab. The first time, select Get started.
4. Set up your review requests and, if you want, private feedback.

Tips

• Already use Attentive? You can send review requests through it instead (see Attentive).
• Reply to reviews, good and bad. Future clients read the replies.
