Client Accounts

Finding a client and what their account page shows.

Find a client's account and see their profile, appointments, membership, saved cards, and checkouts.

Before you start

An account belongs to the person who books and pays. One account can hold more than one patient, like a parent booking for their kids. Accounts live at the marketplace level, so you'll need a role with marketplace access, like dispatcher or business owner.

Step 1: Find an account

  1. In the side menu, under Marketplace, select Accounts.
  2. Every client account is listed with their name, date of birth, email, phone, address, membership, and group.
  3. Use the filter under any column to search, for example by last name or phone number.

Step 2: Open the account

Select an account. The Profile tab shows their email, phone, date of birth, address, and group.

Step 3: Explore the tabs

  • Appointments: their appointment requests and every visit, past and upcoming.
  • Membership: any active membership or package. See Client Memberships & Payments.
  • Payment Methods: the cards they've saved at checkout.
  • Checkouts: each payment, visit by visit.

Tips

  • A client calls with a question? Accounts is the fastest way to see their whole history.
  • Accounts vs. Clients: Accounts (under Marketplace) is about who books and pays. Clients (under your organization) is about each patient's records. See Patient Profiles & History.
