Add patients, keep their details current, and see their visits, charts, intake forms, consents, and orders.
Before you start
Each patient your organization sees has a client profile with their details and clinical history. You'll need a role that can view clients, like business owner or dispatcher. Nurses see the patients on their own appointments.
Step 1: Find a patient
- In the side menu, select Clients.
- Every patient your organization has seen is listed with their contact details. Sort or filter any column to find someone.
Step 2: Add a patient
- Select New profile, for example after taking a booking by phone.
- Enter their name, date of birth, contact details, and address.
- Select Save.
Step 3: See their profile and history
Select a patient to open their profile. You'll find:
- Client Details: name, email, phone, date of birth, sex assigned at birth, address, time zone, and internal notes. Select the pencil to edit.
- Appointments: upcoming and past visits. Select View all for the full list.
- Their clinical record, intake forms, signed consent forms, and medical orders.
Tips
- Keep addresses current. The address decides travel fees and which providers can be matched.
- Use Internal Notes for things your team should know, like a gate code or a preferred arm for IVs. Patients don't see them.
