Email

Setting up email sending with SendGrid.

Connect SendGrid so client emails, like booking messages and intake links, come from your brand.

Before you start

Client emails (booking messages, intake links) are sent through your own SendGrid account, from your own address. You'll need a SendGrid account with a verified sending domain, and a marketplace admin role.

Step 1: Open SendGrid settings

  1. In the side menu, under Global, select Marketplaces, open your marketplace, then the Integrations tab.
  2. On the SendGrid card, select Configure, then Edit.

Step 2: Connect SendGrid

  1. Turn on Enabled.
  2. Paste your SendGrid API Key.
  3. Email domain: the address emails come from, for example bookings@yourbrand.com, on a domain verified in SendGrid.
  4. Web origin URL: your booking site address. Links in emails and texts (including intake links) point there.
  5. Save.

Step 3: Check it

Book a test visit for yourself with a service listed under Notifications and check the email arrives, from your address.

Tips
